Thanks for clicking the URL in my Twitter profile – let me give you a little background on who I am and what I do.
My name is Harry Hall and I’m the guy behind the projectriskcoach.com, the @harrythall twitter account and the creator of The What, Why, and How of Powerful Project Charters.
I’m an American living in Macon, Georgia (about one hour south of Atlanta, Georgia). I am married to Sherri and we have one son and one daughter.
I am a coach, speaker, teacher, and blogger that helps project managers turn uncertainty into success. My primary focus is to help practicing project managers in the United States, especially those working in the financial services industry (where I’ve worked for more than 15 years).
I’ve been blogging since January 2012. I started a blog now called the Project Risk Coach to share project management tips, tools, and techniques. I emphasize the integration of risk management in the day-to-day activities of project management with a direct focus on achieving project objectives.
If you are new to my site, you might want to start with some sample posts:
- How to Develop a Project Charter
- 10 Things Successful Project Managers Never Tolerate
- How to Develop a Risk Management Plan
- How to Build and Use a Risk Register
- Evaluating Risks Using Qualitative Risk Analysis
- Evaluating Risks Using Quantitative Risk Analysis

Thanks for visiting my about page – if you’ve not already, don’t forget to follow me on Twitter so we can interact there. I’m also active on other social media sites like Facebook and LinkedIn. You may also contact me here at the Project Risk Coach.
