WHO AM I?
I'm Harry Hall, the Project Risk Coach.
I've been managing risks for more than 20 years. And I've implemented enterprise risk management programs, PMOs, and led many programs and projects in my career. From small projects to multi-million dollar programs and projects.
So, I've learned a thing or two. Threats can derail projects quickly. And many project managers miss the opportunities to achieve their project objectives.

You will receive daily videos for the first week of the Academy (over 30 videos). You'll learn about project risk management fundamentals, how to identify and evaluate risks, how to develop and implement risk response plans, and how to monitor risks.
You will have direct access to me. In the daily lives, I will provide an overview, answer your questions, and give you a daily challenge.
One of the best parts of the Academy is meeting other project managers in our private group. You'll see how others are applying risk management. You can share the results of your daily challenges. And you can ask me questions here.

I'd like you to be but no. You'll be accessing an online training portal that you can visit any time you like. The live sessions are where I'll provide an overview of each day's videos, give you a challenge/task, and answer questions.
It's actually dripped out each day from Monday through Friday. I will give you enough each day for you to work through with the rest of the group.
The daily live calls will be held in the Facebook group at 12 pm EST (9 am PST / 10 am MST / 11 am CST).
The Academy itself is an online course that I'm dripping out to you over 5 days, so no, you can learn everything without the lives. However, the lives are there to support you and for me to answer your questions.
Absolutely! In some of the daily challenges, I will ask you to share your work (e.g., a written risk statement) with the group.
While this course is not expressly a PMI-RMP exam prep course, we cover many of the things that you may see on the PMI-RMP exam. Plus, you may earn PMI-RMP contact hours by taking this course.
Furthermore, individuals taking this course will earn contact hours required for the PMI-RMP. See the PMI-RMP Handbook for details.
