I'm VERY close to finishing the new PMI-RMP® Exam Prep Course.

I have been working on this for a few months, but I am finally going to wrap it up. I will be releasing it in a few weeks.

This course will be entirely focused on helping project managers become Risk Management Professionals (PMI-RMP®). It will include up-to-date terms, principles, and processes aligned with the latest PMI® Standards plus a PMI-RMP® Exam Prep Community. It is going to be a complete brain dump of everything that I know about risk management in portfolios, programs, and projects.

We are going to cover ways that leaders can identify risks, evaluate risks, develop and implement risk responses, and monitor risks.
